A division of Electuni LLC
Wyoming-registered. Globally delivered.
This service is a dedicated PCB design division of Electuni LLC — a Wyoming-registered electronics engineering company with R&D operations in Khulna, Bangladesh. Engineering is led by Niloy Mondal, IPC CID+ certified hardware engineer, with a decade of delivery across energy metering, battery management, industrial IoT, and embedded systems.
Our PCB design service includes schematic capture, component selection, multilayer PCB layout, DFM review, Gerber file generation, and manufacturing support. We work with Altium Designer and KiCad, and coordinate directly with manufacturers like JLCPCB and PCBWay. Every project is led by an IPC CID+ certified engineer and delivered with a documented design review.
A 2-layer board typically takes 5–8 business days. A 4-layer board with mixed-signal routing takes 2–3 weeks. Complex designs — 6+ layers, high-speed digital, or controlled impedance — take 3–5 weeks. Timelines are confirmed after schematic review and depend on component availability and revision rounds.
We design in Altium Designer and KiCad. We can open and continue projects from either tool, and deliver in the format you need — Altium project files, KiCad projects, or industry-standard Gerber, IPC-356, and ODB++ outputs. BOM delivery is CSV or Excel with manufacturer part numbers.
Yes. Schematic capture is available as a standalone engagement. We work from your block diagram, datasheets, and design intent to produce reviewable schematics, a validated netlist, and a component BOM. You can take these deliverables to another layout engineer or continue with us for PCB layout.
Standard deliverables include RS-274X Gerbers, NC drill files, IPC-356 netlist, pick-and-place files, BOM, assembly drawings, and a 3D STEP model. On request we deliver Altium project files, KiCad project files, ODB++, or IPC-2581. Everything is packaged with a revision-controlled release note.
Pricing depends on layer count, component count, and signal complexity. Simple 2-layer boards start at $600. 4-layer boards with mixed-signal or power regulation typically run $1,500–$3,500. Complex high-speed or RF designs are quoted per project. Every quote is fixed-price with defined deliverables and revision rounds.
Yes. Manufacturing support is included in every layout engagement. We prepare DFM-clean Gerbers, liaise with JLCPCB and PCBWay on your behalf, answer fab-side questions, and review assembly proofs before production. If an issue surfaces post-fab, we respond and release a corrected revision.
Yes. Niloy Mondal — CEO of Electuni LLC and lead engineer on this service — holds IPC CID+ certification (Advanced Certified Interconnect Designer). Every layout we ship passes IPC-2221 and IPC-7351 checks, with class-2 or class-3 acceptance criteria as specified by your project.
